According to the Public Relations Office of Ayatollah Araki, a group of staff members from the Ideological–Political Organization of the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran visited Ayatollah Araki’s office on Monday, the 24th of Azar.
During the meeting, the noon and afternoon prayers were performed under the leadership of Ayatollah Araki, and the guests benefited from his valuable remarks.
The Iranian Nation’s Resistance Against Hostilities Is a Manifestation of the Path of Salvation and Prosperity
Ayatollah Araki emphasized that it must be acknowledged that the Iranian nation is moving along the path of prosperity and salvation, as patience and resistance in the face of hostilities and sanctions—and even the offering of martyrs in the way of God—are clear manifestations of this blessed path.
Addressing a group of personnel from the Ideological–Political Organization of the Law Enforcement Forces, he referred to the Qur’anic verse, “And remember the favor of Allah upon you and His covenant with which He bound you…”, stating that the greatest blessing in human life is obedience to God. When such obedience is achieved, both worldly and eternal good are granted; in other words, God calls upon humanity to follow His path in order to attain all forms of goodness.
Citing the verse, “O you who believe! Respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life…”, he added that through sending messengers—prophets and divine leaders—as part of a divine covenant, God has invited all people to the path of tranquility, prosperity, and salvation.
He explained that the divine messengers remind humanity that this world is transient and fleeting, and that provisions must be prepared for the everlasting Hereafter.
Ayatollah Araki further noted that one important religious principle is that lawful sustenance is ordained for everyone, and that whenever a person turns toward unlawful income, their share of lawful sustenance is diminished.
Reiterating his earlier point, he stated that the Iranian nation is indeed moving on the path of prosperity and salvation, and that patience and resistance in the face of hostilities and sanctions, as well as the sacrifice of martyrs in the way of God, are manifestations of this blessed journey.
Emphasizing the high honor and dignity of the families of martyrs and veterans in the sight of God, he called on the public to recognize their value and show them due respect.
He also stated that daily prayers serve as a renewal of the covenant and allegiance with God on the path of prosperity and salvation, highlighting the importance of repentance and seeking forgiveness along this path.
Finally, he reminded that jihad fighters and military and law enforcement forces are among those striving on the path of prosperity and salvation, adding that these forces continually work to confront violations and pave the way for the prosperity and salvation of the people and the nation.
