Ayatollah Araki emphasized the necessity of promoting and expanding the advanced jurisprudential course on Mahdism in the Qom seminary.

According to the Public Relations Office of Ayatollah Araki, His Eminence, in a meeting today with members of the “Bright Future Institute,” pointed to the importance of the Bani Israel narrative in the Qur’an and the need for deep research in this field, stating that Jewish hostility toward Islam has deep historical roots and will continue.

Referring to several Qur’anic verses about patience — including the blessed verse “And give glad tidings to the patient” — he stressed that patience in Islam is not merely a moral recommendation but a fundamental tool and essential strategy for achieving ultimate victory.

Ayatollah Araki described the victory of the Islamic Revolution as one of the rarest events in human history, adding that this miracle must be analyzed in the context of forming the Ummah of the Imam — the community centered around leadership and Imamate.

He noted that maintaining alignment with the Imam of society guarantees the continuation of the Islamic Revolution, explaining that mere obedience is not enough; rather, Islamic teachings emphasize companionship and solidarity with the Imam.

He continued, “Our people have demonstrated this companionship with the Imam throughout all these years, and it is this loyalty and unity that have enabled us to overcome various forms of hostility and sanctions, growing stronger day by day.”

Ayatollah Araki then emphasized the importance of explaining the concepts of Wilayah (Divine Guardianship), Imamate, and Mahdism, citing the Qur’anic verse: ‘If you help Allah, He will help you and make your foothold firm.’ He said that divine guardianship has always been accompanied by support for the front of truth.

Turning to the topic of Mahdism, he stressed: “The promotion and expansion of advanced courses on Mahdism must be pursued within Islamic seminaries, especially in the Qom seminary.”

He concluded, “Promoting these lessons and classes is, in fact, a form of promoting God’s religion — and will surely be rewarded.”
